In 2000, FOLDA entered into a joint venture with GAVIOTA – the Sun and Shutter Specialist. GAVIOTA-SIMBAC MIDDLE EAST SAL – GSME was thus founded. The objective of this partnership is to manufacture gears, hand cranks, joints and handles for export around the world.
